We are located at Jain Enterprises on Police Line Road in Bhagalpur. It’s right at the Shiv Bhawan building, so it is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Bihar. Working here means we are right in the middle of all the action on the road. We deal with pipes and various building supplies every single day. It’s a busy environment with people coming in and out constantly. We don't have a fancy office culture here. We mostly sit around the main desk, drink some tea, and handle the customers as they arrive. The building is older and has its quirks, like a squeaky door and some peeling paint, but it feels like home to us. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure the trucks are on their way. Bhagalpur can be a bit chaotic with the traffic and the noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most modern. We just want to be reliable so that people in the area know where to go for their plumbing needs. It is simple work, really. We just keep track of our items, help the customers, and make sure the shop stays open and ready.
