Working out of Bhagalpur is quite different from being in a big city. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we have to wait on a delivery from another town, but that is just how it goes. The building isn't anything special to look at from the street, but it is solid. We spend a lot of our time checking numbers and making sure the plans we send out actually make sense for the people who have to build them. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist, just a few desks and some good people who know what they are doing. It is a practical way to run things.
