Chanchal Chai Chaupati (Opc) Private Limited

We are located over at 701 Mahavir Path Road in Bhagalpur. Most people around here know the Parbatti area well because it is usually quite busy with traffic and people walking to the local market. Our setup is part of Chanchal Chai Chaupati and we spend most of our mornings getting the tea ready for anyone who stops by. It is a simple place, really. The walls are not anything special and we keep the stools clean enough for a quick sit-down. Bhagalpur gets very hot in the summer, so the shade here is something we appreciate while the kettle is going. Usually, there are a few of us working at a time to keep things moving. We do not have a big corporate team or anything like that. Just a few local people from the Jagdishpur area trying to make a living. The road outside can get noisy with the horns and the rickshaws, but inside it is just about the tea and the conversation. We have been in this spot for a bit now and have seen the neighborhood change some over the years. Not everything is perfect, the power goes out sometimes and we have to manage with what we have, but that is just how it goes here in Bihar. We open up early and stay until the evening light fades away. It is mostly just about keeping the stove lit and making sure there is enough sugar and milk for the next round of customers.
