Larsen & Toubro Ltd

We are located on the second floor of the R C Behera Complex. You can find us right by the Salandi Bypass in Bhadrak. This is the ECC Division of Larsen & Toubro Ltd for this area. Being on the bypass means we get to see all the heavy trucks and traffic moving through, which makes sense for the kind of work we do. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space in a commercial complex. We have been here for a while now, and the staff knows the area well. It’s a busy spot, especially during the day when everyone is trying to get through the bypass. We handle a lot of the regional construction management from these rooms. There’s always someone coming in with a report or leaving to go check on a site. It’s a lot of coordination and talking over the phone. We don’t have much in the way of decoration; it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of project folders. The local tea shop downstairs is where we usually end up during our breaks. It is a practical place to work from because it connects us to the main routes. We don't worry about sounding corporate or polished here. We just focus on the actual tasks and making sure everything is ready for the next day of work on the sites.
