Ujorga Panchtatva Private Limited

This whole thing started with Haladhar Biswal and his family over here in Bhadrak. We are based out of Balipur in the Sendhatira area. It's a private company, but it feels more like a family operation most days. Haladhar’s father, Purna Biswal, is well known around these parts, and we try to keep that local reputation in mind. The office is right there in Balipur, and you’ll usually find someone from the family around to chat. We focus on various aspects of land and natural elements, though mostly it’s about managing the local resources we have. The building itself is just part of the house, really. We’ve got a few desks and a lot of files piled up. It's busy during the day with people coming in from the surrounding villages to talk about business or just catch up. Orissa can be hot, so we usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to run a solid business that helps the people in our immediate vicinity. We’ve had to learn a lot on the fly about how to manage a private limited company, but we’re getting the hang of it now. It’s a lot of phone calls and ledger entries. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving forward for everyone involved in our little project.
