Rcc

Rcc is located in a place called Thaila, which is part of the Manjuriroad area in Bhadrak. It is a very local setup, mostly managed by Biranchi Narayan Sahoo. If you are looking for us, you have to head down the main road and ask for the Thaila area since there are not many signs. It is not a place with big glass windows or flashing lights. We have a small building where we keep our tools and all the paperwork. The surroundings are quite rural, so you might see some cattle or tractors passing by while we are working on our tasks. We handle a lot of local building and cement work, so there is usually some dust on the floor or the desks. It is a hard-working environment and we don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as we have a roof over our heads and our files are in order, we are happy enough. Sometimes the heat in Odisha gets really intense in the summer, and we just have to slow down a bit and drink more water under the fan. We know almost everyone in the village and they know us by name. We don't have a website or a big marketing team, we just do our work and talk to people face-to-face. It is a simple way of running things and it works for us in this part of the country.
