Our location is a bit specific, as we are based at the residence of Gobinda Ch. Padhi. The address is in Bandhatia, which is via Dhamnagar in the Bhadrak district of Orissa. It’s not your typical downtown office. We operate from this spot because it makes sense for the projects we handle in this region. Being out here in Bhadrak means things are a bit slower and more direct. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters with a glass front. Instead, we work from a more traditional setting where we can keep an eye on everything. It’s a very practical way of doing things. Our days are mostly spent coordinating engineering tasks and making sure the projects stay on track. We don’t have a lot of fancy office equipment, just the essentials to get the job done. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. There isn't much in the way of nearby shops or cafes, so we mostly just stay focused on our work until the day is over. It’s a quiet place to be based, which is helpful when we have to deal with complex plans or long lists of supplies. We’ve been part of this community for a while now. People around here know who we are, so we don't need big advertisements. We just do our work from Bandhatia and keep things moving forward as best as we can.
