Mandal Sea Esta Private Limited

Mandal Sea Esta is located in Jayadurga Patana, which is out near Dhamara in the Bhadrak area. Niranjan Mandal started this up. Since we are close to the water, a lot of what we do involves the local seafood trade. It's a coastal kind of life, which means everything depends on the catch and the weather. We have our small office here and we spend the day talking to suppliers and checking the inventory. Dhamara is a busy place these days with the port and everything, but we just stick to our corner in Jayadurga Patana. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of salt air and heavy lifting. We don’t bother with big advertisements. Most people around here just know us by name. The work is steady but hard. We have some good days and some slow days when the boats can't go out. That’s just how it is when you work near the sea. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s a basic business run by regular folks who know the coast. We deal with the ice and the crates and the transport. Sometimes the humidity is really high, but you get used to it. We just keep the business running as best we can here in the Bhadrak district, looking after the daily tasks and managing the shipments.
