Maa Manasa Udyog

Our place, Maa Manasa Udyog, is tucked away in Village Dolasahi within the Tehsil Tihidi region. It is a quiet kind of place compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable part of the village. Most of the people working here are from around Tihidi, so we all know each other’s families and stories. The work is physical and it can be tiring when the humidity hits, but we are used to it. We deal with raw materials every day, turning them into something useful for building. It’s funny how much goes into just making a simple block or brick, but you learn the tricks over time. Sometimes the rain slows us down in Dolasahi and we have to wait for things to dry out, which can be frustrating. We don't have a glossy brochure or a fancy website. This is just us, working in the dirt and sun to get things done. We take care of the equipment the best we can, even when it gets old. It’s about showing up every morning and putting in the hours. If someone from the village needs help with a small project, they usually just walk over and talk to us. That’s how we do things here, face to face and without any fuss. It is just a regular village business trying to do honest work every day.
