Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited

We've been here in Vill Bankipada for a while now. Most people know us for the transmission work we do around the Dist. Balasore area. It's a busy spot near Iswarpur, especially when the big trucks come in with parts. We aren't a huge office with fancy carpets or anything like that. It is just a practical place where we keep track of the power projects. Some of us live nearby and others travel in via Bahanaga. The weather in Orissa can be a bit much in the summer, but we keep the work moving anyway. We handle a lot of technical stuff with the power lines and making sure everything connects right. It’s mostly just hard work and making sure the supplies are where they need to be on time. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit piled up, but that’s just how it goes when you’re managing this much equipment. People stop by the gate to ask questions or look for work. We try to keep things organized but it’s a working site, so there’s always something happening. You’ll usually see our teams heading out early in the morning. It’s a quiet village mostly, except for when we are busy moving the heavy structures. We’ve been part of this community for a bit now and we just focus on getting the job done without too much fuss.
