Jay Ambe Masala

Jay Ambe Masala is based at Plot No -78 along Barbara Road in Bargarh. We are right in the Marcha Bazar area, near the Darshan Complex. It’s a lively place to have a shop. We deal with all kinds of masalas and have been doing so for quite a few years now. The shop isn’t very big, but we make the most of the space we have. You can usually find us there from early morning until late evening. We handle everything from sourcing the raw spices to the final packaging. It’s a lot of work for a small team, but we enjoy the process. The market can be noisy and crowded, especially on certain days, but that’s just life in the bazar. We don’t have a corporate office or a big fancy logo. We just focus on the spices. People come in and out all day long, and we try to keep up with the orders. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves. It’s just part of the job. We don’t try to sound like a big company because we aren’t one. We are just local people making masalas for the local community. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep it that way without any unnecessary complications. We keep the inventory moving and the shop open for whoever needs us.
