Out here in Palwancha, our office is at H. No. 6 1 173/1 in the Kommugudem area. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city centers, but we like being based in the Bhadradri region. Most of us grew up around these parts, so we understand the local conditions and how the heat can affect a workday. We started Mayasura Constructions because we saw a lot of potential for building things right here in our own backyard. The office is a simple place, mostly filled with folders, some tools, and old site plans lying around. We don't have a reception desk or a fancy lobby; usually, if someone stops by, we just pull up a chair and talk. The days are long, starting early before the sun gets too high, and usually ending with a lot of notes for the next morning. We spend a lot of time traveling between different locations in the district. It’s not always easy keeping everything on track, especially when materials get delayed or the weather doesn't play along, but we manage to keep things going. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our bit and keep the crew busy. It’s honest work, and we’ve been at it long enough to know what we are doing. The office walls are a bit bare, and the air conditioner struggles sometimes when it gets really hot, but it’s our home base. It feels good to be part of the community.
