Saraf E Store

Saraf E Store is situated right in front of the Government School in Hanumangarh. It’s a very easy spot to find because of the school crowds. We sell a variety of things here, mostly electronics and small household items. The store is usually full of boxes because we get shipments in pretty often. We spend the morning unpacking things and making sure everything is on the shelves where it belongs. It’s a bit of a noisy location since the school kids are always outside during their breaks. We have a small counter where we handle the sales and talk to the customers. It’s a very local feel here, everyone knows everyone else. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop. We like being in Hanumangarh because it’s a tight-knit community. Most of our day is spent helping people find the right gadget or explaining how something works. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. If we have it, we sell it. If we don’t, we tell them where else to look. The shop gets a lot of sunlight in the morning which is nice, but it makes the place warm by noon. We usually keep a water cooler in the corner for anyone who stops by. It’s a basic retail life, keeping track of stock and making sure the shop stays open on time every day.
