Sanchetna Infracity Llp is run out of an office at Santosh Kumar Jaiswal’s place in Deeh Mehandi. It’s near the Babuganj post office on Chandapur Road. It’s a quiet area compared to the city, which we like. We focus on infracity projects, mostly dealing with local land development. We have a lot of papers stacked up in the corner because there is always something to file or a signature to get. The road out here isn't always the best after a storm, so sometimes we have a hard time getting out to the sites. We started this because we saw how much the area was changing and felt we could help manage the growth. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us making sure the projects stay on track. We talk to the neighbors and the local farmers a lot. You have to know the people to know the land. Sometimes we lose track of time talking to someone about a boundary line or a drainage issue. It’s not just about building things; it’s about making sure it fits where it’s going. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just have our names and our reputation in this small community. People come to us because they know where we live and where to find us if something isn't right.
