We’ve been here at Ballia House for quite a while now. It’s right near the Essar Petrol Pump in Rajpura Bhadohi, so most folks around here know the spot. My father started things off and now we all just pitch in to keep it running. Bhadohi is a busy place, especially with all the work going on, so we try to stay organized. It gets a bit dusty with the traffic coming from the main road, but that’s just how it is. We spend most of our mornings unloading stuff and making sure the inventory is where it needs to be. Sometimes the tea guy comes around twice if we’re lucky. We aren't a big fancy office or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. People stop by to ask directions to the petrol pump as much as they do for business. It's a small team, mostly family and a few guys who have been with us for years. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth usually does the job. Some days are slow, especially when the weather gets too hot, and other days everyone shows up at once. We just keep the doors open and handle what comes our way. If you’re passing through Rajpura, you’ll see our sign right there. It’s not a complicated setup, just us working every day to keep the name going. That's pretty much the whole story of how we operate here.
