We're out in Village FatehpurHansapur. Adarsh Kumar is the person who looks after the place. It’s a small village and everyone knows everyone else. We started this agrotech thing to see if we could bring some better methods to our local farming. It’s not like we have huge machines or robots. It’s more about finding better ways to do the same work we’ve been doing for years. We spend a lot of time in the dirt. The village life is quiet, but there’s always something to do on a farm. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. Our "office" is usually just a porch or a small room in the village. We focus on what the land needs. Sometimes the crops don't do what they're supposed to, and we have to figure out why. It’s a lot of trial and error. We aren't trying to sell anyone on big dreams. We just want to make sure the farming stays sustainable for us. People around here trust us because we’re from here. We aren't outsiders trying to change things overnight. We just want to improve bit by bit. It's practical work. Most days you'll find us checking on the fields or talking to the other villagers about their harvest. It's a slow process but it feels worthwhile. We know the seasons well and we respect them. That’s how we have always lived and it works for us.
