Erav Pharmaceutical Private Limited is set up at Arati Pandey’s house, where she lives with Anand Pandey. We are in the village of Villinargaon, out by Semradh in Bhadohi. It is a very local operation. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters with a lobby. Instead, we work out of a space that feels like home because it basically is. The village is quiet, and most people here are busy with farming or local trades. We handle the pharmaceutical side of things from this address. It involves a lot of phone calls and keeping track of shipments coming in from the bigger towns. The internet can be a bit spotty sometimes, so we rely on our notebooks quite a bit. It’s a family-oriented environment. We aren't trying to act like we are some huge international firm. We are just a small team trying to do right by our neighbors and our business partners. The roads around Bhadohi can be bumpy, but we’ve gotten used to the drive. Sometimes the cows block the way, and you just have to wait. It’s a simple life. We spend our days making sure the paperwork is in order and that the local supply chain stays moving. It’s hard work, but it’s ours. We appreciate the quietness of the village and the way everyone looks out for each other. It makes the daily chores feel a bit more meaningful.
