We are located in Ward No. 15, which is the Indira Gandhi Ward over on Nagpur Road. If you are in Multai or passing through Betul, you might have seen the building. It’s officially care of Hari Ughade. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Nagpur Road stays pretty busy with trucks and cars going by, so there’s always a bit of background noise. We have a couple of old desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s a honest kind of place. We don’t go in for fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. Mostly it’s just calendars and some notes pinned up. We spend our hours going through papers and talking to people who walk in from the street. The floor gets a bit muddy when it rains, but we try to keep it tidy. It’s just a local office where we handle the business for JAN UTKARSH URBAN NIDHI LIMITED. People in the ward know us well enough. We don't have a big corporate mission statement or anything. We just open the doors in the morning and see what the day brings. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. It’s just how things work in a place like Multai. We’re just here doing our bit on the road.
