Gupta Brothers

Working at Gupta Brothers means there is never a quiet moment. We are located in Ward No. 21, Bagaha, right there at Station Chowk. Being near the SBI Bank means we see a lot of people coming through this part of West Champaran every day. The sound of the trains is something we stopped noticing years ago. It just blends into the background of our workday. My brother and I have been here for a long time, and we pretty much handle everything ourselves. If you come by, you’ll probably see one of us hauling bags and the other talking to a customer near the entrance. We keep the place open pretty late because folks around here often finish their own work and then come to us for what they need. It’s a dusty job, and our clothes are usually covered in it by noon. We don’t have a fancy showroom. We just have the stuff stacked up high and a small space to sit and settle the accounts. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to use our shade for a minute when the sun is really beating down on the chowk. We don't mind at all. It’s a community after all. We try to keep things simple and honest. We don’t use any complicated systems. If we have it, we tell you. If we don’t, we tell you when it’s coming. That’s just how we do things at Gupta Brothers.
