Chowdhury & Company

We have been here at 11, Canal South Road for quite some time now. Chowdhury & Company isn't a huge place, but it works for us. Most mornings start with the sound of the traffic outside. People walking by usually just glance at the sign, but we know the regulars. It is a bit dusty sometimes because of the road, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice. The office is cluttered with papers and some old furniture that we probably should have replaced years ago. My father used to say that a tidy desk is a sign of someone who isn't working, so I guess we are working very hard. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. It is just us here every day doing what we do. Canal South Road has changed a lot over the years. New shops come and go, but we stay put. Sometimes the lights flicker when the heavy trucks pass by, which is a bit annoying, but you get used to it after a few years. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the neighbors when they stop in to say hello. It is a simple setup. If you are looking for a big corporate office with glass walls, this isn't it. We just have our desks, our tools, and the work that needs finishing by the end of the day.
