Dr. Subodh Pal

Dr. Subodh Pal’s place is right on Rishi Aurobindo Road. It is a fairly quiet street most of the time, which is actually quite nice for a medical office. We have been in this specific location for a long time now. The building is a bit older than the ones down the road, but it is sturdy and it serves our purpose well enough. Inside, it is just a regular waiting area and a small room for consultations. We don't have those fancy digital screens or the high-tech furniture you often see in the big city hospitals these days. It has more of a neighborhood clinic feel to it. People from the nearby houses usually just walk over when they aren't feeling very well. We know a lot of the families that live around Rishi Aurobindo Road. You see the kids grow up over the years and then eventually they start bringing their own children in. It is a very simple medical practice. We spend the day listening to people and trying to help them feel a bit better. Sometimes the waiting room gets a little crowded and people have to stand near the door, but nobody seems to mind it too much. They just sit and chat with each other while they wait. It’s just a doctor and a couple of staff members trying to keep things running smoothly. We keep our records in simple files.
