Aditya Birla

You can find us over on Station Road in Chandrapura, right near where the trains come through. We are situated at the C/O Shyam Lal Singhal spot. Being in the Bokaro district of Jharkhand means the weather gets quite hot in the summer, so we keep the fans running all day. The office is right there on the main stretch, so we see everyone walking to and from the station. It’s a lively place, especially in the evenings when the commuters are heading home. We have been working out of this location for a good while now. The space inside is a bit cramped with all the desks and files, but it works for what we need to do under the Aditya Birla name. There isn’t much to look at, just some old wooden furniture and the sound of the traffic outside. Most people who stop by are locals from the colony or workers from the nearby industries. We usually have a pot of tea going in the corner for anyone who drops in to talk business. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we spend a lot of time dusting off the ledges. It’s just a regular workplace where we get through the daily tasks. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a door on Station Road that stays open most of the day. It’s a practical place for us to stay connected to the community here.
