Sibani Food Products

Our place is at Plot No -4276 in Nageswartangi. We are right on Vivekandamarga, not too far from the Ramkrishna Mission. It’s a food production setup, so there’s usually a lot of smells coming from the kitchen area. We spend most of our time prepping ingredients or packing things up. It’s not a restaurant where you sit down, more like a workshop for food. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It gets quite busy in the early mornings when we start the first batches. We use regular equipment and stay focused on what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes it feels a bit tight with all the crates and bags of supplies, but we make it work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us making stuff and getting it ready. The floor is always getting swept because flour or spices get everywhere. We just like to keep things simple. If you walk past the Ramkrishna Mission, you can usually find us pretty easily. It’s a humble spot, just doing what we know how to do. No big corporate meetings here, just people working with food every day and hoping the weather stays cool enough for the ovens. It is hard work but it is what we know. We just focus on the recipes and the packing.
