Customer Care Executive

People call us Customer Care Executive. We are located over in Purushottam Nagar. Specifically, you can find us on the 4th Lane. It is quite easy to spot because we are right near the Radio Station. That is the main landmark everyone uses around here. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, except for when the traffic picks up in the evenings. We have been in this spot for some time. The office isn't much to look at from the street. It is just a practical space where we get our work done. We deal with customers all day long. Sometimes it's a bit stressful, but we manage. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of people. It is just a few of us here. We know the area well. Being near the Radio Station helps with giving directions to people who haven't visited Purushottam Nagar before. Most of us walk to work or take a scooter. It is a local setup. We don't use fancy systems, just the basic stuff that works for what we need to do. The 4th Lane has some other small shops too. It feels like a community. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand. Every day is pretty much the same routine. We open up, handle the calls, and wrap things up by evening. It is a decent place to work and we are glad to be part of this neighborhood. We just keep things going as they are.
