Anjaneya Pharmaceutical

Anjaneya Pharmaceutical is tucked away in Suraj Vihar 5th Lane. It is a bit quieter back here than on the main roads, which I personally like. We have been at this address for a long time now, and most of our customers are our neighbors from around the Suraj Vihar area. The lane is narrow, so you will not see many big cars coming through, mostly just bicycles and people on foot. Our shop is small, with a heavy wooden door that we prop open with a brick during the day. Inside, the air smells a bit like paper and medicine. We have rows of shelves that we built ourselves years ago. They are a bit crooked in places, but they hold everything just fine. I usually sit on a small stool near the entrance so I can see people as they walk up. We do not have a big sign, just the name Anjaneya Pharmaceutical painted on the wall outside. It is a very local way of doing things. We take our time with each person, making sure they get what they need without any rush. Sometimes we run out of change, so we have to go next door to the tea shop to break a big note. It is those little things that make the day interesting. When the 5th lane gets dark and quiet, we lock the door and head inside. It is a peaceful life.
