Our small office is tucked away at 44, Hira Lal Sonar Lane in Gorabazar. If you know the area, you know that the lanes in this part of town can be incredibly narrow. It’s always a bit of a challenge when we have deliveries coming in or out, but we’ve lived here long enough that it’s just part of the daily routine. M. L. Scientific isn’t a massive company with a big marketing budget. We’re just a small team of people who know our equipment and our customers well. The building is quite old, and it has a lot of character, though it can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock sitting around. You can hear the noise from the market all day long, which keeps things interesting. We don’t have a fancy website or a sales team to go out and pitch to people. Most of our business comes from long-time clients who know they can just drop by or give us a call. It’s a bit of a mess inside sometimes with all the boxes and files, but we have our own system and it works for us. We don’t feel the need to move to a more modern area because we like being in the heart of the community. It’s a practical, honest way to work, and we enjoy the personal connections we have with the locals. We just take things as they come and do what needs to be done.
