Zen Windows

At Zen Windows, we spend most of our time dealing with glass and frames. Our shop is at Infantry Road Gota Chokdi #6. It's easy to find if you know the area, but the traffic near the chokdi can be a mess sometimes. We do a lot of aluminum and uPVC frames for houses around here. We aren't a huge factory, just a local spot where we cut the glass and put the units together. Usually, there is some noise from the saws going or the glass being moved around. We don't really have a big sales team. Usually, you just talk to one of us who is actually making the windows. We try to keep the shop organized but with all the scraps and offcuts it’s a bit of a challenge. People come in with sketches of what they want and we see if we can build it for them. We have some samples standing against the wall so you can see how the handles feel or how the glass looks. It's mostly practical work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If a window needs to open a certain way we just figure out the hinges and the frame. We've been at this for some years now and have seen all kinds of weird window shapes. We just show up every morning, get the tools out, and start on the day's list of orders.
