Z Axis Synergies Private Limited is located at No. 100/2 on Richmond Road. This part of Bangalore is quite central and has been a hub for businesses for a long time. Our office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just a solid place where we can get our work done. We have a couple of rooms where we've set up our equipment and some tables. Richmond Road can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, but we've found our own rhythm for getting in and out. The name Z Axis Synergies sounds a bit technical, but we are just regular people working here. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing our jobs and hoping people notice. The office has a few windows that look out onto the street, so we can see the world going by while we work. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. There's no dress code or anything formal like that. As long as the work is finished, we are happy. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and other times we finish early if things are quiet. It’s a simple, honest way to run a company. We like being on Richmond Road because it feels like we are in the middle of everything without being in a crowded mall.
