Yukti Architecture

Our office, Yukti Architecture, is tucked away in Banashankari 2nd Stage. We are at No 82, on the first floor along 21st Main Road. It’s quite close to the BDA Complex, which is a landmark most people in this part of Bangalore use to find their way around. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and houses all mixed together. We’ve been working from this space for a bit, and it’s become quite familiar to us. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but it’s fine once you get inside. We have our drawing tables and computers set up where the light is best. It’s a practical workspace, not a showroom. Most days are spent sketching or talking to contractors on the phone. Banashankari has its own vibe, very different from the newer parts of the city. We like it here because it feels like a real community. You see the same people at the tea stall every morning. If you’re coming from the BDA Complex side, it’s just a short walk to find us. We don’t do much advertising or anything, we just focus on the projects we have on hand. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and various sites around South Bangalore. We just try to keep things simple and do what’s needed for the folks who come to us with their house plans. It's just what we do every day.
