Yuktha Associate

Yuktha Associate is based out of Banashankari 3rd Stage Kondhwa Khurd 767/1. It’s an interesting location because it feels like it’s right on the edge of a few different neighborhoods. We’ve been at 767/1 for a while now. The office is pretty basic. Chairs don’t quite match and a clock on the wall is five minutes fast, but it works for us. Working at Yuktha Associate means a lot of time spent on the computer and talking to people who walk through the door. Banashankari is a nice area, though the traffic near Kondhwa Khurd can be a real headache in the evenings. Leaving before the worst of it hits is our daily goal. Our team is small, so we all know what everyone else is doing. No big boss sits in a corner office here. We just sit together and figure things out. Sometimes someone brings in snacks to share during the afternoon slump. The walls are mostly bare, except for a couple of old calendars and a map of the local area. Corporate branding isn't really something we do. Focusing on getting the work done and making sure the files are in the right place is enough. At 767/1, we’ve found a rhythm that works for everyone. It’s not fancy, and it’s not loud, but it’s our space and we like it that way.
