We are based at number 16 in the Muniswamappa Layout, just off the Old Madras Road Cross in Ulsoor. Bangalore has changed a lot since we first started, but this little corner of Ulsoor still feels familiar. Our office is a modest space where we keep our tools, maps, and project notes. It’s often a bit dusty because of the construction work we do, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small crew, mostly local guys who have been working with us for years. We don't go in for big billboards or loud advertisements. Most of our jobs come because someone saw a house we worked on or heard about us from a friend. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office is mainly for planning and meeting people who want to talk about their projects. The traffic around Old Madras Road can be tough, so we try to schedule our site visits early. We’ve lived and worked in this area long enough to know all the shortcuts and the best places to get materials. It’s a busy life, but we like being part of building things in the city. There is no corporate ladder here, just us working together to finish whatever project is on the schedule for the week. We might not be the biggest name in town, but we are steady and reliable for our neighbors.
