We’re located on the second floor of building number 1304, right on the New Town Bus Stand Main Road in the 3rd Stage area. Being near the bus stand means there is a constant stream of buses and people outside our windows all day. It can get a bit loud with all the honking, but it’s a convenient spot for our staff to get to work. At Enerzea Power Solution, we focus on various power-related tasks. Our office is a mix of computers and some spare parts lying around in the corners. We don’t have a fancy interior designer; we just put desks where they fit and use chairs that are comfortable enough for a long day. Most of us have been working together for a few years, so we’re a pretty tight-knit group. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at technical data on our screens. There isn't much room for a big break area, so we usually just grab lunch at our desks or go to one of the small shops downstairs. We don’t have a public relations person or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a straightforward environment without any corporate fluff. We try to stay organized, though the files on my desk might suggest otherwise. It’s just how we operate every single day.
