Our office is over in Banashankari 1st Stage. We are in the Jnr Archade building on the 80 Feet Road in Srinivasanagar. A good landmark is the Canara Bank ATM because we are right above that. It’s a busy road so there’s always something happening outside. Being yashas infra Pvt. Ltd., we deal with construction and infrastructure every day. The office isn't anything too special, just a place where we get work done. We have desks, some computers, and lots of folders with site plans. The 80 Feet Road gets quite a bit of traffic during peak hours, so we hear the honking sometimes. It’s convenient having the ATM downstairs. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a bit now. We don't go for big advertisements or anything like that. People just know where we are. It’s a practical setup for an infra company. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site reports. The staff here is small but we keep busy. Banashankari is a good area, feels very local and grounded. We like being near the main road because it makes it easy to head out to different sites. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break from the paperwork. The sun comes through the front windows in the afternoon. We usually have the fans going full speed. It’s a simple space. No big lobby or receptionist, just us working. Sometimes we have meetings at the big table in the middle. Most of the time it's just the sound of keyboards and people talking about work.
