If you go to the 3rd Block of Jayanagar and find 15th Cross, you’ll see our sign at number 33. Yale Electronic Services Pvt Ltd has been in this neighborhood for a good while. We’re not a big electronics store with bright lights; we’re more of a service spot where we fix things. The back room is full of circuit boards, soldering irons, and old components we keep for parts. It’s a bit of a maze back there with all the wires and test equipment. We spend our days peering through magnifying glasses or trying to find a tiny short on a board. It can be frustrating work when a problem is hard to find, but we stick with it until it’s sorted. We don't put on any airs about being a high-tech firm. We’re just local guys who understand how electronics work. People from the neighborhood bring us all sorts of gadgets that have stopped working. Sometimes we can fix them right away, and other times they have to sit on the shelf for a week while we wait for a part. We try to be fair and just tell people how it is. It’s a quiet life for the most part, punctuated by the beep of a tester or the sound of the radio in the corner. We like Jayanagar and the people here, and we're happy to stay in our little corner of the 3rd Block.
