Xebia It Architects India Pvt Ltd.

We are over at Indiqube Alpha in Kadubesanahalli. It’s right on the Outer Ring Road, which anyone in Bangalore knows means a lot of time spent in traffic. Xebia It Architects India Pvt Ltd. is based in one of those big shared office buildings. Even though it looks a bit corporate from the outside, inside our space it’s just a bunch of people coding and talking about software. We have a lot of whiteboards covered in messy handwriting and diagrams that only we understand. There are usually empty coffee cups sitting on desks and power cables running everywhere. It’s a bit chaotic. We don't really follow a strict dress code; most of us just wear whatever is comfortable for sitting at a desk all day. The air conditioning is always a bit too cold, so you’ll see people wearing hoodies even when it’s hot outside. We spend hours staring at monitors and arguing about the best way to build something. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for days and it’s frustrating, but eventually, we figure it out. It’s not all smooth sailing. There are bugs and system crashes, and we just deal with them. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and try to make things run a bit better than they did yesterday. It's just what we do. We share the floor with other companies, but we mostly keep to ourselves.
