Out here in Millers Road M I D C Bhosri 3, things are pretty industrial. WS Atkins India Pvt Ltd fits right into the neighborhood. It’s a lot of concrete and the sound of machinery from the nearby units. Our space is mostly functional. We have big tables for our drawings and a few rows of computers. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy tea, but we have a kettle that works fine. The staff here mostly comes in early to beat the Bhosri traffic. We wear comfortable clothes because we might end up out on a site or crawling under a desk to fix a cable. We don't go in for much polish. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to bother with that. We handle a lot of technical stuff, but we try to explain it in ways that make sense to anyone. There’s a lot of back and forth between the teams. Sometimes it gets loud when everyone is trying to solve a problem at once. We’ve been at this Millers Road address for a good while. It’s a solid place to work. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the steady work that needs doing every day. It’s a bit grey outside sometimes with all the factories, but inside we keep things moving. It’s just how it goes here in the MIDC area.
