Ws Atkins India Pvt. Ltd. is based in Mother’S Blossom Apartment, which is in the Hosatti Layout area of Kodigehalli. We are in flat number 101 on the first floor. It is a nice enough spot, tucked away from the main madness of the city traffic. The apartment building is a bit older, but it is well-maintained. We have turned the flat into a working space with several desks and some filing cabinets. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The layout is quiet for the most part, except for when people are coming home from work in the evening. We have a small balcony where we keep some empty boxes and a few dusty chairs. It’s not the kind of place you see in a brochure. It’s just a real office where we sit and do our tasks. We spend most of the day on the phone or on our laptops. Sometimes we go out for coffee at the little stall down the road. The parking situation can be a bit of a headache if you have a big car, but we manage. Kodigehalli has grown a lot lately, but our corner feels pretty much the same. We don’t have a big sign outside the building, so you have to know which flat to look for. It’s a humble setup for a company like Ws Atkins India, but it suits us just fine.
