Workout Plus

If you are looking for Workout Plus, we are in Electronic City, Phase 1. Specifically, we are in the SLN Arcade on Neeladri Main Road. We are on the 2nd floor, right above the HDFC Bank. Being in Electronic City, we get a lot of people who work in the IT companies nearby. They usually come in very early or late after their shifts. The place can get quite crowded around 7 PM, but that is expected. We have the basic stuff like treadmills, cycles, and a good amount of dumbbells. The floor is a bit worn in some places where people stand a lot, but it does not really matter for the workout. We do not have a receptionist sitting at a desk all day; usually, one of us is just walking around making sure things are okay. It is not the quietest place because Neeladri road is always full of horns and construction noise, but we have some speakers to drown that out. We do not have those fancy water dispensers with lemon slices, just a regular cooler in the corner. It is a straightforward gym for people who are busy and just want to get their exercise done. We have kept it simple because that is what most people around here seem to want. No complicated memberships or anything like that, just come in and use the equipment. It works for the folks living around here.
