Working at WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES in Doddakannelli on Sarjapur Road is an experience. It’s a massive place, and just getting through the gate can take a few minutes depending on the time of day. The campus is spread out, and there are people everywhere you look. It feels like its own little town sometimes. We spend a lot of time walking between buildings or just sitting at our stations. Sarjapur Road itself is always packed with cars and bikes, so reaching the office is usually the hardest part of the day. Once you're inside, it’s a lot quieter. We have our desks, our computers, and the usual office stuff. It’s not a small operation by any means, but we still have our small groups and circles. You see the same faces at the cafeteria or near the water coolers every day. The trees around the campus are nice, giving a bit of green to the grey concrete. It’s a busy environment where something is always happening, whether it's a new shift starting or people heading out for a quick break. We don't really think about the scale of it all too much; we just focus on the screen in front of us. It’s a lot of walking, a lot of emails, and a lot of coffee to keep things moving along. It’s just how things go at a place this size. We have our routines and we stick to them because it keeps the day moving.
