Our spot is on Mount Joy Road, right in the heart of Hanumanth Nagar here in Bangalore. Number 05 isn't the biggest office you’ll ever see, but it works for what we do at Wipro Technogies. The area has that old Bangalore feel with the trees and the temples nearby, which is a nice break from the hectic pace of the newer parts of the city. We spend a lot of time on our computers, dealing with tech issues and software stuff. It’s pretty routine. Usually, someone brings in snacks to share during the mid-morning break. You can hear the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the screens. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes to get here since parking is a bit of a squeeze on these narrow streets. The building itself is just a regular structure, nothing that stands out too much. We’ve got a small team here, and everyone knows everyone else’s coffee order. It’s a straightforward environment without any of the bells and whistles you see in the big tech parks. We just show up, do the technical work, and head home when the sun goes down. It feels more like a local shop than a giant company from where we are sitting. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all just wait it out together. That is just how life is on Mount Joy Road.
