Wintone Acoustics

We’re based out in Krishnarajapuram at Manik Baug, number 186. It’s a bit of a drive for some of us, but it’s a good location once you get here and settle in for the morning. Wintone Acoustics is basically a small group of us working out of this building. It’s not a modern glass tower or anything; it’s just a solid, practical building that keeps the rain out and gives us enough room to breathe. Inside, things are pretty straightforward. We have a main work area and a small corner for taking breaks. There is usually a box of biscuits on the table and some half-empty cups of tea sitting around. We don’t really go in for the whole "corporate culture" thing. We just talk like normal people and get our hands dirty when we need to. Manik Baug is a decent neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know the people in the nearby offices over the years. At 186, we’ve made the space our own. It might be a little dusty in the corners, but it’s where the real work happens. We don’t have fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar with some dates circled and a whiteboard that hasn't been cleaned properly in months. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we like the independence of being our own bosses in this little corner of Krishnarajapuram. We just show up and see what the day brings.
