Our office is tucked away in the Doctors Quarters near the maternity hospital on Magadi Road. It's a bit of an unusual spot for a property company, but it works for us. Bangalore is growing so fast, and being in the 2nd Cross area means we see the changes every single day. Sometimes the traffic on Magadi Road makes getting around a bit slow, but that’s just life in the city. We keep our operations simple. There are no big shiny lobbies here, just a desk and some chairs where we meet to discuss property deals. Managing real estate requires patience, especially when dealing with all the local regulations. We try to be direct with anyone who comes in. If a project is delayed, we say so. If a piece of land has issues, we talk about it. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been part of this community for some time now, watching the neighborhood evolve while we handle the local property market.
