We are based in Jalahalli West, at the 5 F1 location. If you know the industrial side of Bangalore, you probably know Jalahalli. It’s a busy area with a lot of manufacturing and small workshops. Our place at 5 F1 is just a regular unit where we do our work. It is not a shiny office building with a glass front. It’s more of a practical space where the actual work happens. The sounds of the neighborhood are usually machines and trucks moving things around. We spend our days at Welpack Industries keeping track of everything and making sure the workflow is steady. The sun can get pretty hot on the roof in the afternoon, so we usually take our breaks when it’s at its peak. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have a marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just have our desks, our tools, and the people who have been working here for years. Most of us take the local transport or ride our bikes into Jalahalli West every morning. It feels like a real community of workers here. We don't need any big posters or promotional talk. The address is simple, and our way of working is simple too. We just focus on what needs to be done each day and try to keep things running smoothly without any unnecessary fuss.
