Weidmueller Electronics India is tucked away on the third floor of Maliks Embassy. It's at number 9 on Union Street, which is just off Infantry Road. It's a pretty central part of the city, so there’s always a lot of people walking around outside and plenty of noise. The building isn't the newest one on the block, but it serves us well. We share the space with a few other offices, so the elevator is usually busy around 9:00 AM every morning. Our space is mostly desks and computers, with some testing equipment scattered around here and there. It’s not exactly a "tech startup" look; it’s more functional and a bit old-school. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen between the staff. Being off Infantry Road means we have plenty of spots to grab a quick lunch, which is nice for everyone. The noise from the street filtered through the windows is just a constant background hum for us now. We’ve been at Maliks Embassy for a good stretch of time. The team is a mix of people who have been here forever and a few newer faces. We don't spend much time on long meetings that don't go anywhere. Usually, we just walk over to someone's desk and ask what’s up with a project. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’re just people doing a job.
