We are based out of T1 in the Krishna Brookfields building. It’s right near CMR IT College in the Kundalahalli area, so there’s always a lot of students and traffic around here. Marthahalli is a fast-paced part of Bangalore, and we feel that every day. We’ve been working on the building side of things for a while now. Our office isn't anything too flashy, just a place where we keep our maps and plans. We spend a lot of time out on sites, but this is where the paperwork happens. The traffic on the road outside can be a real pain during rush hour, but that’s just Bangalore for you. People usually find us by looking for the college first since it’s a big landmark. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of coffee going around. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just talk to people and get the projects moving. Sometimes the internet goes out when it rains hard, but we just keep at it. It’s a busy environment and we’re right in the middle of it. We like being in Brookfields because everything we need is close by. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good job with the construction work we take on. Nothing fancy, just regular daily effort to make sure everything gets built the way it was supposed to be.
