Warrior Securities

We are located at 43 Kasturi Nagar, which is a fairly quiet part of the neighborhood compared to the main roads nearby. Warrior Securities was put together because there was a clear need for someone to keep an eye on things around here. We don't do anything overly complicated or high-tech. Mostly, we manage the people who work as guards and make sure they are where they need to be on time. It’s a lot of scheduling, phone calls, and checking in on different sites across the city. The office is small and mostly filled with desks, a few filing cabinets, and some extra chairs for when the staff comes in to report their shifts. We've been here for a while, and most of the neighbors know us by now, which helps with the general security feel of the street. It isn't a flashy business with big advertisements. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at handwritten rosters. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon when travel becomes a mess, but the job has to be done regardless of the rain. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that; we just try to make sure that the places we look after stay safe and that our team knows what they are doing. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. We like being in Kasturi Nagar because it’s central enough for us to get around to our clients easily. There isn't much more to it than that. We just show up and do the work.
