Our wholesale business is based out here in the Ppeter Joes area of New South Wales. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we have plenty of space for the warehouse. Being in the wholesale trade means there is always a lot of movement. We have pallets coming in and going out at all hours of the day. The office is just a small partitioned area near the front of the warehouse where we can keep the computers away from the dust. It gets a bit cold in the winter mornings, so we usually have a heater tucked under the desk. We handle a lot of volume, and it’s mostly just us keeping track of the numbers. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our clients have been with us for years, and they just know to call when they need a shipment. The concrete floor is stained from the forklifts, and there’s always a bit of noise from the loading docks. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. It’s just a handful of us making sure the stock moves correctly and the customers get what they ordered. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we’ve learned how to handle the busy seasons without getting too stressed out. It’s just how we run things.
