W. R. Grace & Company India Private Limited

We are located over in Koramangala, on the first floor of Ahad Chambers. Being in the 7th Block means we are right in the middle of a lot of shops and places to eat, which is probably the best part about working in this area. W. R. Grace & Company India is a bit of a long name for a small office, but we usually just call it the office. It is a standard setup inside. We have some cubicles, a small meeting room that gets used for everything from actual business to eating lunch, and a lot of computers. Koramangala is always crowded, so getting to work can be a bit of a challenge if you are coming from across the city. Inside the office, it is mostly just people focused on their screens or talking on the phone with customers and suppliers. We are not the type of company to have big posters on the walls about goals or anything like that. We just have our work and we try to get it done right. The staff here are pretty regular people who just want to do a good job and go home at the end of the day. Ahad Chambers is not the newest building around, but it suits us just fine for what we need. It is a busy environment, but we have managed to make it our own little space over the years. It feels like a real community here in the 7th Block.
