We are tucked away at No.28 in Concorde Homes, right off Kudlu Main Road here in Bangalore. Vsl India Pvt Ltd has been operating from this spot for a bit now. It’s a busy area, but once you step inside our office, it’s just the usual scene of people working away. We have some computers, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of coffee cups scattered around. It isn't the kind of place you see in movies about tech companies. We don't have bean bags or a ping pong table. We just have work that needs to be finished before the end of the week. Most of us have lived in Bangalore long enough to know the traffic is the biggest part of our day. Once we actually get to the desk, we just focus on whatever the current task is. We don't really have a big fancy philosophy about what we do. We just do it. Vsl India Pvt Ltd is made up of a few different people with different skills, and somehow it all comes together. Sometimes we disagree on how to file things or who left the lights on, but that’s just how it goes in a real workplace. 560068 is a good area for us to be in. It’s close enough to everything but quiet enough to actually get some things done. We’re just here, doing the daily work and trying to keep things organized.
