VSK ASSOCIATES

You can find us over at Golden Palm Apartments in Nagappa Reddy Layout. We are in the 004 B Block. It’s a quiet enough area in Kaggadaspura, which is nice because it lets us focus on the work without too much noise from the main roads. VSK ASSOCIATES has been operating from this apartment ground floor for some time. It feels more like a home office than a corporate suite, which is fine by us. We have our drafting tables set up, and there’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. We mostly handle things for people living in the eastern parts of the city. We don’t have a big reception desk or someone to open the door for you; usually, one of us just looks up from a drawing when the bell rings. It’s a bit cramped when we have all the blueprints laid out, but we manage. We aren't interested in being the biggest firm around. We just like doing the work properly and making sure the people who hire us are satisfied with what we put on paper. Most of our days are spent arguing over measurements or talking to contractors on the phone. It's a busy life, but it’s what we know. If you are in the neighborhood, you’ll probably see us walking around or heading out to a site nearby to check on the progress of a wall or a roof.
